Special Mobility and Replacement Van Services: a replacement/courtesy vehicle with equivalent charging capacity/size* is guaranteed with no deposit, in case of assistance, immobilization or servicing.**
For electric commercial vehicles Fiat Professional Assistance is extended to up to 8 years and/or 160,000 km, including unlimited call-outs for power shortage.

A service plan - or maintenance plan - doesn't just help you spread the maintenance costs of your Fiat Professional, but also gives you valuable additional services to make life with your vehicle easier. The best solution is to buy your service plan as you buy your car so you can protect your car right from the start. If you didn't purchase your service plan when you purchased your car, you can still subscribe to a service plan any time before your first regular service (11 months after delivery). An extended warranty, on the other hand, lets you extend the manufacturer warranty beyond its standard duration, allowing you to benefit from the same vehicle protection as the original manufacturer warranty for up to three more years. You can subscribe to an extended warranty contract any time before the expiry of the original manufacturer warranty.

Powertrain⁽ⁱ⁾: Engine mechanical parts, Gearbox, and Transmission.
Traction battery⁽ⁱ⁾: Your traction battery is guaranteed for 8 years or up to 160,000 km, within your Fiat Professional's manufacturer warranty.
Fiat Assistance⁽ⁱ⁾: Roadside assistance or towing 24/7, without mileage deductible, in more than 49 countries. In case of mechanical, electrical, or electronic breakdown, or tyre puncture.
Extended warranty⁽ⁱ⁾: Extra coverage for your vehicle after the factory warranty has expired that covers all manufacturing defects due to failure of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, for the duration and km range of your Fiat Professional FlexCare plan. Purchasable within the first 24 months after vehicle registration.
Power shortage⁽ⁱ⁾: Energy shortage – if your battery lacks power, we can recharge it on-site where permitted and/or tow it to the charging station you desire within 80 km or to the nearest one within that range. Your Fiat Professional FlexCare plan includes X towings per year with no extra charge.
Battery State of Health⁽ⁱ⁾: A measurement of battery capacity at the time of the maintenance operation/battery diagnostic trace, compared to its value when the vehicle was first delivered.
Service Care, Scheduled maintenance⁽ⁱ⁾: A series of periodic maintenance operations that cover labor and parts replacement as specified in the manufacturer's servicing requirements under normal vehicle use conditions, for the number of services (regardless of KM/Duration of the vehicle) purchased in your Fiat Professional FlexCare plan. Purchasable at any moment before the vehicle's 5th year after first registration.
Service Care Plus, Scheduled maintenance⁽ⁱ⁾: A series of periodic maintenance operations that cover labor and parts replacement as specified in the manufacturer's servicing requirements under normal vehicle use conditions, for the duration and km range of your Fiat Professional FlexCare plan. Purchasable within the first year of vehicle registration and before the first scheduled maintenance.
Wear items⁽ⁱ⁾: Replacement of parts subject to wear (e.g., brake pads, shock absorbers, fuses, wiper blades) under normal vehicle use conditions.
